Networld Asia Group - Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) – one of the fastest-growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented Booking KOL Team Leader. This role leads the trading team, manages high-stakes pricing negotiations with Top KOLs/Celebs, handles contracts, and optimizes cost efficiency. You will also handle Influencer Affiliate projects and manage partnerships with various social communities and seeding vendors to maximize campaign performance.

• Working location: 369B-C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (including 1.5 hours for lunch break)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review briefs from Account/Social teams and guide the team in sourcing and selecting suitable KOLs, KOCs, and Celebs.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal rates, favorable terms, and flexible payment structures with high-profile talents, Tier-A KOLs, and vendors.
• Manage and execute Influencer Affiliate projects, including commission structures and performance optimization.
• Oversee and manage partnerships with social communities, seeding vendors, and group admins to ensure effective content distribution.
• Execute and oversee commercial agreements, quotations, contracts, and payment processes with absolute accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Act as the key contact point to support the Account team in resolving crises, disputes, or performance issues with influencers during campaign execution.
• Maintain and leverage an extensive network of Celebs, Top Talents, MCNs, and community vendors to secure competitive advantages for the agency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing/Booking within an advertising agency or MCN, with at least 1–2 years in a Lead/Manager role.
• Absolute Integrity & Professional Ethics (Mandatory): Impeccable honesty and transparency, as this role manages substantial budgets and company funds.
• Proven track record of negotiating and executing deals with Celebs and Top-tier KOLs.
• Strong practical knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and experience in working with social communities/seeding vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving, crisis management, and execution skills under high pressure.
• Proficiency in English.
