Account Supervisor

Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to ensure high-quality client servicing and project delivery.
  • Support the development, coaching, and performance management of team members.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to clients on PR, communications, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of public relations and marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee multiple client accounts and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client business through proactive recommendations and value-added services.
  • Manage client expectations, address issues proactively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present key insights and recommendations to clients and company leadership.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and participation in client pitches when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or account management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing client accounts and leading integrated communication campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of PR, marketing, digital communications, and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
  • Ability to develop strategic recommendations and solve client business challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and business development.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
