KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support daily store operations on TikTok Shop, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotional setup.
• Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, handle basic after-sales issues, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in coordinating with the Affiliate team by preparing product information, campaign materials, and supporting KOL/KOC collaborations.
• Track store performance, campaign results, and prepare basic operational reports.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to support business growth.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• A Plus to have knowledge of E-commerce / Marketing
• Basic understanding of online marketplaces and social media
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets is a plus
