Job Description

• Propose creative ideas and organize the production of creative assets and creative productions for campaign activities.
• Develop creative directions and concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Content, Account, Design, and other departments, to deliver innovative design solutions for company and client projects.
• Supervise the creation of mockups and visual presentations for creative products and concepts.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of all creative deliverables within projects.
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to support the creative process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of marketing, advertising, media, and communications; a degree in Design, Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within an agency environment.
• Strong creativity and design-thinking skills; understanding of user-friendly design principles and image optimization for digital advertising.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles, including layout and color theory; the ability to sketch ideas by hand is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and related tools.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Highly disciplined, responsible, and passionate about the creative advertising industry.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
