Job Description

• Lead team members to implement market research, strategies plans, proposals to action plans for clients
• Create strategic proposals to promote services
• Manage client relationships
• Manage every communication element of advertising and marketing including creative, copy, designs, and production
• Manage service providers, suppliers and onsite requirements
• Meticulously run day to day operations of a full-service Integrated Ad Agency, supervise the team’s output and troubleshoot problems and issues
• Manage the Finance Strategy by coordinating overall budget process, annual budget plan and taking responsibility for achieving the agreed profitability and monthly targets
• Manage the Marketing Strategy by image building, corporate communications, and brand projection to rapidly grow company’s exposure to both corporate and government sector
• Manage the HR & Admin Strategy by training and developing the team to learn and adapt to the latest advertising trends, improving quality of proposals and evaluate employees’ work performance
• Oversee daily work sheets, all design and creative content, processes and performance reports, data and analysis
• Approve all peripherals being created for events and external clients
• Develop and implement ideas to ensure the smooth operation of the department

Job Requirements

• Applicant should have over 7years of experience in this field and in a management role
• Less than 1year of experience at a single company and freelance work are not recognized as experienc
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and commercial negotiation skills
• We don't hire marketers or clients. We only hire from advertising agencies.
• This position is ONLY available for those applicants who has worked at advertising agency.
• Applicants must be able and have experience in planning, supervising and directly executing (if needed) the optimizing process of ad campaigns
• Experienced in planning, overall strategizing from online to offline to meet client’s requirements, operating and managing to ensure that the strategy run smoothly
