POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team at the.partners. As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our creative team to deliver exceptional branding and communication solutions for our clients. With your expertise in visual storytelling and your ability to translate client needs into impactful designs, you will contribute to the success of our agency and our clients' brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with account managers, planners, and copywriters to develop creative strategies and concepts that align with client objectives

Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and direction to ensure the highest quality of work

Oversee the design process from ideation to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet the.partners' standards of excellence

Present creative concepts and designs to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind the work

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:

Proven experience as an Art Director in a creative agency setting

Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional branding and communication design work across various media, including TV commercials, key visuals, websites, social media, product packaging, and corporate identity

Expertise in leading and mentoring creative teams to deliver outstanding results

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other industry-standard design tools

Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills

Strong presentation and communication abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
