JOB DESCRIPTION

Main required duties of the Account Intern:

• Performing various administrative duties (contacting vendors, payment procedure, sorting documents, etc);
• Supporting Account Manager/ Account Executive in assigned tasks
• A genuine enthusiasm for sports, travel, and the entertainment industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Willing to go on frequent travel (by plane, car) for business trips and handle high-intensity workloads during events. 
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the line manager or the Company.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment 6 months
• Passionate about sports such as football and marathons
• Experienced in participating in or managing sporting events and marathons is a plus
• English fluency
• Basic knowledge of communications and marketing.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office – Especially Excel, Word, Power Point
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Eye for detail, thirst for knowledge and dedication
• Quick to adapt, proactive and resourceful in handling tasks.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
