Time: 9AM – 6PM (Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday off)

Office: 404, 4F, The METT Building, No. 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

Job Description

• Develop creative concepts, visual directions, and campaign ideas for branding and marketing projects
• Create Key Visuals (KV), campaign visual systems, and creative assets across digital and offline platforms
• Lead and execute art direction for social media, digital campaigns, events, websites, and other communication materials
• Collaborate closely with Creative team, Copywriters, Account team, and other departments to develop impactful visual storytelling
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas and creative approaches
• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand identity, strategy, and project objectives
• Work on detail art execution and supervise overall visual quality across projects
• Prepare moodboards, rough drafts, and visual presentations for internal and client review
• Research and stay updated on design trends, visual culture, and creative industry standards
• Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Train, mentor, and manage junior team members when required
• Deliver on-time, high-quality, and error-free work that achieves campaign objectives
• Ensure work is visually strong, strategic, impactful, and brand-centered

Requirements

• At least 6+ years experience in Art Design / Graphic Design / Creative Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, key visuals, branding, and digital creative work
• Experience working in Agency environment is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of art direction, composition, typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling visuals
• Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency
• Strong presentation, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication skills is an advantage

Note:

• Less than 1 year of work experience in one company is not applicable
• Freelance periods do not count as work experience
