Job description & requirements

As a Senior Procurement Executive, you will play a key role in driving our influencer and marketing procurement strategy by building strong partnerships with influencers, agencies, and vendors while optimizing commercial value. You will lead sourcing, negotiations, and vendor management initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and with the highest quality standards.


What You Will Do 

1. Influencer & Vendor Strategy Management 

  • Develop and maintain a robust influencer and vendor database across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with business and campaign requirements. * Lead sourcing, evaluation, and retention of influencers, agencies, production houses, and other marketing service providers. 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and strategic vendors to secure competitive commercial terms and priority support. 
  • Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and implement vendor ranking frameworks based on cost efficiency, service quality, responsiveness, and campaign outcomes. 
  • Drive vendor consolidation and category management initiatives to improve procurement efficiency. 

2. Commercial Negotiation & Cost Optimization 

  • Lead rate card collection, benchmarking, and market intelligence activities to ensure competitive pricing. 
  • Negotiate contracts, rate cards, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and bundled commercial packages with influencers and vendors. 
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver procurement savings targets while maintaining campaign effectiveness and quality. 
  • Monitor vendor spending and provide recommendations to optimize procurement budgets and improve ROI. 

3. Campaign Procurement & Execution Support 

  • Consolidate quotations from influencers and vendors based on campaign requirements and conduct commercial comparisons. 
  • Partner with Marketing Services Department to propose the most cost-effective sourcing solutions. 
  • Ensure procurement compliance throughout campaign execution. 

4. Stakeholder & Process Management 

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Services, Finance, Legal to ensure smooth project execution. 
  • Work with Finance to ensure accurate budget tracking, rebate tracking.  
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks for influencer marketing procurement. 

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement 

  • Track procurement KPIs including savings, vendor performance, spending analysis, and procurement cycle time. 
  • Prepare periodic reports and business insights for management. 
  • Continuously improve sourcing processes, vendor management practices.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Procurement roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Digital Marketing, Advertising Agencies, Influencer Marketing, or related industries.
  • Solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem, social media platforms, content licensing, and talent management models.
  • Proven track record in commercial negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization.
  • Experience leading projects, process improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of vendor data, quotations accurately.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
