Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with media partners (TV shows, streaming platforms, YouTube, press, radio, etc.).
• Create and customize sponsorship packages based on brand objectives and campaign needs.
• Coordinate with brands and partners to execute sponsorship and branded content campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and prepare sponsorship reports.
• Research market trends and explore new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign implementation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Media, Entertainment, Advertising, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of media channels, sponsorship models, and content trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and analyze campaign performance.
• Fluent English is an advantage.
