Job description & requirements

Scope of the Role

  • The Senior Media Planner is responsible for developing strategic media plans that support clients' integrated marketing and communication objectives while maximizing campaign effectiveness and return on investment within budget.
  • The role involves conducting market, audience, and competitive analysis; identifying the most effective media channels and consumer touchpoints; and developing data-driven media strategies across digital, social, influencer, content, and other relevant channels. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of integrated media strategies and channel plans that align with clients' business and communication objectives.
  • Conduct market, audience, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform media recommendations.
  • Develop media plans, budget allocation strategies, channel mix recommendations, and KPI frameworks across relevant platforms and touchpoints.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize media campaigns to ensure successful delivery against performance objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with Account, Creative, PR, Influencer Marketing teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
  • Provide strategic media recommendations and consultation to clients based on data, insights, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Present media strategies, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with media partners, publishers, platforms, and vendors to ensure effective campaign implementation and execution.
  • Oversee campaign administration processes, including media bookings, budget tracking, billing reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare post-campaign analyses and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement and future campaign effectiveness.
  • Support agency pitches and new business opportunities by contributing media insights, recommendations, and proposal development.
  • Stay up to date with media trends, consumer behavior, platform developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and best-in-class solutions.


REQUIREMENT

  • At Least 3+ years in digital media experience and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong written and presentation skills; highly detail-oriented + Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Able to use all industry tools with proficiency
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms: Facebook, Google, Titkok, Zalo....
  • Google/ FB certificate is a plus
