I. Key Responsibility:
- Generate & contribute ideas in every brainstorming session
- Work alongside visual creative to execute campaign
- Writing creative proposal
- Present ideas to internal team & client
- Supervise works from other copywriters
- Support Creative Director to train knowledge & skills to copywriting team
II. Key Deliverables:
- At least 1 idea being chosen after 1 session of brainstorming
- Deliver campaign execution with 80% satisfaction of Creative Lead
- Execute 2 projects at the same time
- Creative proposal with strategic approach and rationale being approved by Creative Lead after 1 revision
- Appealing presentation
- 80% copy works being approved internally after 1 round of revision
- Involve as a trainer in 1 training session per quarter
III. Qualification/ Requirement:
- 2-3 years of working experience as a Copywriter (working in agency is a plus)
-Have media insight, media relation
- Knowledge in Branding & Public Relation
- Good in communication & Management skill (time management, project management)
- Strong creativity skill/ knowledge & conceptual/ visual thinking
- Good in copywriting skill and presentation skill
