I. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute Digital Media & Performance strategies to achieve client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Design, Content, etc.) to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Manage and optimize daily campaigns to meet and exceed client KPIs.
• Track, analyze, and report on project performance weekly and monthly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training sessions for the team.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven expertise in key metrics and functions of Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Experience in managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
• A strong advantage if you have 2 - 3 years of experience running Performance Ads in the US & Canada.
• Excellent research, logical thinking, and data analysis skills.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and diligent.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively under pressure.
