Job description & requirements

Objectives

We are looking for a data-driven and business-oriented Business Analyst – Media with strong analytical thinking and passion for digital marketing, media performance, and business optimization. You will play an important role in helping Media, Strategy, and Account teams make smarter decisions through actionable insights, reporting systems, and performance analysis. As part of the growing media and data ecosystem, you will help transform complex campaign data into meaningful business recommendations, optimize operational workflows, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Job Description

Media Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign performance across digital platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Ecommerce, and Programmatic channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, retention, and funnel performance.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities to improve media effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Conduct cross-channel analysis to evaluate media contribution toward overall business objectives.
  • Support campaign forecasting, budget allocation analysis, and business performance evaluation.

Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Collaborate with Media, Strategy, Account, Finance, and Tech teams to understand reporting requirements and business goals.
  • Consolidate and structure data from multiple platforms and internal systems into unified reporting frameworks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and visualization systems using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and operational transparency across campaigns and business units.
  • Develop data validation logic and reporting standards to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Proactively apply AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, improve reporting productivity, and optimize analytical processes.

Strategic Insights & Decision Support

  • Translate raw campaign data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and media recommendations.
  • Partner with Media and Strategy teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support leadership teams with forecasting, business performance analysis, and ad-hoc analytical requests.
  • Structure business problems into clear analytical frameworks and actionable solutions.

Operational Improvement & Collaboration

  • Identify inefficiencies in reporting and operational workflows and propose optimization initiatives.
  • Support teams in defining KPI frameworks and performance measurement standards.
  • Create documentation, reporting guidelines, and analytical frameworks for internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and support operational issue resolution related to data and reporting systems.

Job Requirements

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Media Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing ecosystem and media performance metrics.
  • Experience working with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Programmatic platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analytical purposes.
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization/analytics tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and business problems.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect media performance to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and logical thinking.
  • Driven, self-motivated, proactive, and willing to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Media Agency, Digital Agency, Ecommerce, or Marketing environment is highly preferred.
  • AI Mindset: Actively explore and apply AI tools to improve reporting workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance analytical productivity. Comfortable adapting to emerging technologies and integrating AI into daily working processes.
