We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to develop engaging visual content across digital platforms while bringing innovative ideas and AI-enhanced creativity to impactful marketing campaigns.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Hard skills: Design (80%)

• Develop digital content for Facebook Fanpage, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Design digital assets including banners, website visuals, and landing pages.
• Create 2D graphics, motion graphics, and video editing materials tailored to campaign needs.
• Handle multiple brand identities simultaneously while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and ensuring creative diversity.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the creative process from concept development to final execution.
• Explore and apply AI tools to enhance creative workflows, improve productivity and support content production.

Soft skills: Self Project Management (20%)

• Manage multiple projects and keep deadlines.
• Well collaborate with the internal team to execute the creative implementation for digital projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design; experience in an advertising or digital agency is a strong advantage.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a high standard for visual quality and attention to detail.
• Passionate about design and proactive in keeping up with the latest creative and digital trends.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Having an AI-driven mindset with an interest in applying AI tools to enhance creative workflows; candidates with a background or learning experience in AI are a plus.
• Illustration capability is a plus.
• Skilled in animation and video editing; video editing capability is required.
• Positive, can-do attitude with an open-minded and proactive approach to work.
