JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Visual Identity Leadership: Lead the visual direction for diverse projects, from crafting Master Key Visuals (KV) to developing comprehensive event identity systems.
• Concept-to-Execution: Translate abstract creative concepts into impactful visual storytelling that aligns with both Brand DNA and the unique persona of Talents/Celebs.
• Multi-format Design: Design high-quality assets across all touchpoints: OOH, POSM, Digital, and complex on-ground applications (stage backdrops, exhibition booths, etc.).
• Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with Planning and Production teams to ensure designs are not only "beautiful on screen" but also technically feasible and stunning in real-world production.
• Artistic Quality Control: Oversee the design process from initial sketch to final production-ready files, ensuring zero errors in layout, typography, and color.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years (Senior level) in an Agency, Event, or Activation environment. (Experience with large-scale Brand campaigns or Talent events is a huge plus).
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a high "aesthetic sense," sophisticated layout skills, and clear strategic thinking.
• Technical Mastery: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficiency in InDesign, After Effects, or Motion Graphics is a significant advantage.
• Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of printing materials, dimensions, and real-world production constraints.
• Speed & Agility: Ability to visualize ideas quickly (sketching or digital blocking) and manage fast-paced projects without compromising on quality.
• Mindset:
• Proactive, solution-driven, and meticulous with details.
• A "Design Leader" mindset—responsible, collaborative, and open to constructive feedback.
• Bonus: 3D visualization skills (SketchUp/Blender) or experience in Motion Design.
