Ogilvy Vietnam is looking for a Finance Intern to join our team. The Intern will have a chance to experience a professional working environment and upgrade their skillsets. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support in creating vendor code, making contracts, acceptance, day to day billings 
• Collect quotations and keep paperwork organized 
• Assisting in working with third parties: vendors, suppliers to support Commercial and Account team 
• Other tasks assigned by the Commercial Lead and Finance Managers 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or relevant fields is much preferred 
• Must maintain strict confidentiality in all work-related matters 
• Able to use English for daily communications 
• Good command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) 
• Well organized and Detail oriented 
• The Intern is required to have a personal laptop for work and the ability to work full-time (Mon-Fri) is a big plus.
