OVERALL VIEW OF THE JOB

We are looking for a Digital Media Trainee, who has solid base knowledge in Digital Marketing and tools of Digital Marketing. He/ She will support the charge in executing and measuring the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns. This position’s role also includes making statistics and periodic reports for each campaign.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute digital performance campaigns:

• Set up paid ads across digital platforms with different formats including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google ads, Programmatic, TikTok ads, Zalo ads, and LinkedIn ads.
• Daily monitor and optimize the performance of the campaign to ensure the planned KPI is achieved with the best outcome.
• Work directly with vendors to ensure smooth campaign implementation from booking, setup, and running ads to post-report and billing.
• Full responsibility for preparing weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports including data visualization, evaluation, and recommendation for moving forward depending on report requirements.
• Support in digital campaign planning and pitching projects if any.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Be able to work full-time, on-site for 6-12 months.
• Having experience in Digital Performance Marketing for at least 6 months (Facebook ads & Google ads).
• Well-understood the principles and tools of Digital Marketing.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and work well under pressure.
• Coming out with ideas, synthesized, and analyzed mindset.
• Good at English (especially in speaking and writing).
