Starting out with the four co-founders who are all passionate veterans in marketing and communications industry, Square Group has been significantly fostering from a local event-based agency to an extensive international-standard group specialized in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) services.
o Responsibilities:
- Together with the Board of Directors to build up & achieve company’s & division’s annual business objective, goals, strategies, action plans, KPI… (Including sale targets, wining ratio, new business development…)
- Join the internal/ external briefing meeting, collect data, do the research, analyze data, brainstorm to find out proposal wining direction.
- Develop the master proposal, includes proposal strategy, concepts, engagement ideas & mechanism
- Take part in proposal presentation to sell out the project to Clients
- Plan and assign tasks to the staff, supervise the staff to make sure the activities of the department go smoothly
- Build the teamwork spirit; make evaluations of performance of the staff quarterly.
- Recommend necessary improvements for the Department (including, but not limited to, the structure, policies, and the training program of the department).
- Give advice and consult on related administrations to the Board of Directors.
- Report routinely and non-routinely to direct supervisor
- Signatures control on all documents in/out at the team.

- Marketing Skills Leadership — Strong Marketing knowledge in Strategy, Planning and Initiatives. Able to concisely put ideas into presentations and skillful in chart making preparations. Should have led and developed Strategic Planning functions in companies.
- Analysis/Problem Assessment – Strong Computer and Analytical Acumen and able to data mine and secure relevant information, identifying key issues and relationships from a knowledge base, relating and comparing data from different sources; identifying cause-effect relationships
- Creativeness: think out of the box, think big
- Team Work: Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to enter establish teams, build rapport and respect quickly, in order to provide technical or sales guidance. Ability and desire to seek win-win solutions

o Requirements (Experience/Education Required):
- The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of significant accomplishments in Strategic Marketing. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in Strategic Marketing, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Business Operations
- Computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills – spoken and written
- Superlative time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
