This Strategic Planner job might be for YOU, if:  

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience in comms planning, brand planning, digital strategy, or a social planning role; expertise in developing digital, social, and experiential marketing plans is a big plus 
• Experience with integrated advertising campaigns across multiple media channels and the ability to demonstrate their impact on the brand  
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills 
• Well-organized and detail-oriented  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

You’re good at: 

• Partnering closely with Creative & Media leads to ensuring our creative ideas make the most effective use of an integrated mix of owned, earned and paid channels 
• Determining the branding & communications tasks for each campaign  
• Reading and analyzing campaign metrics and leveraging insights from data to improve comms effectiveness  
• Being responsible for demonstrating an understanding of consumer behaviors, and a working knowledge of media relevant to the client’s business, including TV, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH, and search 
• Evaluating campaign performance and effectiveness to help drive smarter decisions. 
• Conducting in-depth market research, gathering industry insights, and analyzing competitors to build a strong understanding of the target audience and current trends. 
• Turning research findings and client input into clear, inspiring creative briefs that align with the overall strategy and help guide the creative team in the right direction. 
• Collaborating closely with internal teams during debriefs and campaign development sessions, contributing with a strong sense of teamwork and positive energy. 
• Uplifting team spirit and inspiring interns (if any) by sharing knowledge, ideas, and enthusiasm throughout the creative process.

• Showcasing an understanding of digital, social, and emerging platforms and technologies
