JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identify and approach potential clients in various industries (brands, agencies, SMEs, etc.) to introduce the company’s digital advertising and communication services.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Propose customized advertising solutions that match client objectives and budgets (Ad Network, KOL booking, social media campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns).
• Collaborate with internal teams (planning, creative, account, media) to build proposals, quotations, and campaign plans.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and digital media innovations.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience in advertising, media, or digital agencies.
• Proven track record of selling Ad Network / Social Booking / Digital Campaigns.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
