JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project management:
Understand and provide marketing solution to clients in order to deliver project objectives and KPIs:
- The solutions include creative concept and branding, content and media performance
-Understand client vertical knowledge and product and marketing.
-Manage client expectation to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables, while achieving the expected profit for the company: The client working with is marketing manager and marketing lead
-Acting as the main point of contact between client & agency to take the role of supporting and consulting
-Uncover new opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Client leadership:
-Build and develop strong relationships with clients team through the proposal & implementation process, ensuring that the solutions we develop meet client needs : The relationship building is from lead to manager level of client
-Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty
-Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction reach 65% NPS KPI
People leadership (for AE1)
-Mentor 1 AE and motivate them to deliver tasks at the highest quality
-Provide clear roadmap & guidance and always-on improving leadership to catch up the promotion process.
Must have:
-At least 3 years of experience in Senior Account Executive or similar role prefer Marketing team at client and same role or planner at Agency
-Proven experience in multi-project management
-Good business acumen with data mindset
-Solid knowledge of various verticals have experience in manage project campaign budget and manage P&L
-Proficient project management
-Strong problem solving skills
-Have capability to analyze and execute well under pressure
-Strong relationship building and engagement skills
-Strategic communication and excellent presentation skill
Good to have:
-Experience in selected kinds of projects: creative/digital/influencers…
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing
-Planning
-Account management experience in an Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Powerpoint and Excel), AI
