DUTIES:
DIGITAL KNOWLEDGE
• Fundamental understanding of Marketing Funnels and proficiency in tracking/analyzing key Digital Metrics (including CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, etc.).
• Web-Digital Integration: Understanding how website performance (loading speed, UX/UI) impacts digital campaign effectiveness.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Manage digital marketing plans for all digital channels (customer acquisition and retention).
• Work with Strategic Planners to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
• Communicate with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets and timelines
• Present campaign ideas and costings to clients
• Work with the Tech team/ vendor who will produce the adverts
• Manage the account’s budget and invoice the client
• Monitor all resources to manage full digital project (creative/media/vendor) from planning to execution that reach KPI in time, within budget & high quality.
• Negotiate with clients, solve any problems and make sure deadlines are met
ADMIN
• Demonstrates solid understanding of digital service; stays informed of current trends and potential disruptors and risk (AIO, AI Tools, etc)
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
• Acts as liaison, key point of contact between the client (and its partners) and assigned brands
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Brand stakeholders and maintain collaborative business relationships with cross-functional departments.
• Keep in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
• Conduct relationship management activities with suppliers and brands to ensuring effective communication and development of business relationships that promote superior project execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience & Qualifications
• Proven Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive within a Digital Agency.
• Track Record: Direct experience in managing Website Development or Landing Page projects is highly preferred.
• Web Development Literacy: Solid understanding of the end-to-end website development lifecycle—from UI/UX design and Wireframing to Front-end/Back-end development and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Digital Ecosystem: Proficient in Digital Marketing fundamentals, including SEO, CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), Domain/Hosting, and API integrations.
• Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, etc.
• Fluent in English as it relates to the advertising field
