Job Description:
15% Client & Billing Management:
Be the key contact for daily communication with clients, continuously enhance the agency-client partnership.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing clients, and identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and ensure the achievement of assigned billing targets.
70% Project Management & Execution:
Proactive to manage projects from the receiving brief stage to final execution, directly supervising staff/vendors to deliver excellent execution across channels.
Key duties include:
1. Planning & Consultancy:
- Receive briefs from clients; deeply understand client needs and conduct debriefs for internal departments and related partners/suppliers.
- Coordinate with line manager to lead internal brainstorming sessions.
- Develop communication plans for small & medium-scale projects or coordinate with Planning/Creative/Digital teams for complex integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with partners to build budget plans and present persuasive ideas/proposals to clients.
2. Execution and Quality Control:
- Develop compelling across-channel contents (Print, Online, TV, Digital and Social platforms) and make sure they appear on approved channels.
- Manage audio/visual production (layouts/designs/photos/viral clips).
- Manage small & medium-scale events (press conferences, seminars, offlines, etc.)
- Handle digital production (website, app, game), digital amplification and management, conversation management.
- Identify issue/crisis risks and leverage channels to effectively mitigate the issue/crisis.
- Manage Channel booking (Print/Online/TV/Radio booking and Digital media booking - sponsor post, page like, video view/true view for viral clips, SEM, GDN, etc.)
- Make daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients on projects’ results and progress.
- Monitor project quality. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope, and meet with required quality standards. Proactive to fix and optimize KPI outcomes for under-performance items.
- Manage project cost efficiency and be responsible for achieving the agreed-upon profit targets for all projects.
3. Relationship management
- Develop and maintain good relationship with journalists in different media outlets for successful media outcomes and crisis management.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key celebrities/KOLs, hot fanpage/community, etc.
- Well coordinate and maintain good relationship with authorized agencies, third-party vendors, internal teams, etc. to ensure the quality deliverables to clients.
10% Leadership/Team coordination:
Well co-ordinate with internal teams, external partners & clients to deliver the best outcomes for each project
5% Company/Department culture/system building:
Contribute to creating and developing the Department’s training sessions, data hub, etc.
Proactive to organize or join good bonding activities to promote the company’s Professional - Friendly culture.
Job Requirement:
Education/Professional knowledge/Major
- College/BA or higher degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields (Journalism, Languages, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc.)
Working experience in the same position
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Account Management or Project Management at a communications/advertising agency.
Actual experiences in Marketing, Event, PR…
- Have proper understanding of diversified brands in different industries including industry characterisitics, target market, brand positioning, competitors, etc.
Other requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel); especially skilled in creating aesthetic and logical PowerPoint presentations/proposals.
- Persuasive and professional communication (oral and written) in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good multiple project time management, ability to organize internal and external activities.
- Ability to create (or manage copywriters to create) effective cross-channel contents in various styles; ability to develop content plans and content direction.
- Have good media relationship in different media outlets for successful media outcomes and crisis management, and also with key celebrities/KOLs, hot fanpage/community, etc.
- Have full understanding of channel landscape in VN, and deep channel insights such as Channel dos and don'ts, Channel practice, TA/demographic, popular & effective content formats...
- Willing to learn new market trends and be self-demand.
- Able to travel independently between multiple work sites.
- High pressure tolerance and adaptability.
