Job description & requirements


We are looking for an (Associate) Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, builds strong client partnerships, and leads projects from strategy to execution. This role focuses on delivering high-quality work, strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities while collaborating closely with internal teams.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (50%)

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with agreed objectives and KPIs. Monitor project scope, resources, timelines, profitability and overall delivery quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Social, Creative) & external team to develop strategic approaches, project plans, and client presentations.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies and operational challenges, implementing solutions before they impact project performance.
  • Maintain ownership of project P&L and ensure healthy commercial performance for assigned accounts.
  • Capture key learnings and develop case studies that strengthen the agency's capabilities and reputation.

CLIENT SERVICES (30%)

  • Support business growth by maintaining strong client retention, contributing to pitch opportunities and developing new business prospects when applicable.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, business understanding, and consistent delivery excellence.
  • Act as the primary strategic partner for clients, providing recommendations that align business objectives with effective marketing and communication solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services, larger scopes, or long-term partnerships.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT (20%)

  • Lead, mentor and develop team members to strengthen both functional expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Allocate resources effectively, balancing team workload, project priorities and business needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performance team culture.
  • Support team members in overcoming challenges, recognizing achievements, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to talent development initiatives, knowledge sharing and capability building across the organization.

Promotion: Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

Report to: Managing Director


REQUIREMENT

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • Possess at least 3 to 5 years of agency-side experience in Client Services or Account Management.
  • Demonstrate a profound grasp of social media trends, digital strategy, and integrated brand communications.
  • Exhibit a solid track record in coordinating diverse stakeholders, budgets, and complex project timelines.
  • Display exceptional skills in presentation, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong commercial awareness coupled with a talent for nurturing enduring client partnerships.
  • Maintain an organized, adaptable, and forward-thinking mindset within a high-speed agency setting.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written, is highly regarded.
