We're looking for an Associate Account Director to champion client relationships, manage projects seamlessly, and secure new partnerships. You'll be the bridge between clients and our creative/event/digital teams, ensuring exceptional project delivery and exceeding expectations.

Job Description

• Own client satisfaction & service quality.
• Manage key client briefs, projects, & requests, refining them for success.
• Oversee day-to-day client needs, including presentations, documentation, and activity administration.
• Guide project excellence including effectively manage and interpret client feedback, guide and lead teams (managers and executives) to implement projects smoothly and effectively
• Manage budgets (billings & 3rd party costs).
• Secure new clients & projects, expanding our reach.
• Cultivate high-level contacts within business and industry.
• Stay informed on market trends & success factors critical to the organization’s long-term sustainability and competitiveness
• Master emerging technologies & social platforms and how it can be appliacble for campaign success.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and executives for seamless campaign execution.
• Lead, motivate and support coaching your team to achieve their full potential.

Job Requirement

• At least 5 year experience in an advertising agency (preferably digital and social-focused) at a similar position
• Have knowledge of digital/social way of working and assets (media formats, KOLs, report tools, CMS, etc.)
• Strongly experience in ATL production process (KV, TVC, Video)
• Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time, and detail-oriented, great project management skill
• Good with people – able to persuade or generate cooperation
• Discreet – can be trusted to keep things confidential
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Flexible and great client management skill since facing clients every day is a MUST
• Experience in event & activation campaigns is a plus
