Xanh Marketing is looking for a Senior Copywriter who is curious about the world and thriving to win.

What you will do:

* Being a talented wordsmith and grammar sleuth.

* Researching on diverse and varied industry trends and developing new skills to propose innovative ideas.

* Searching for images related to the content, express content through image.

* Generating ideas and developing tailor-made digital content based on the brief.

* Ensuring the final contents are consistent with the brand guideline.

* Translating briefs, concepts into sophisticated digital experiences and identifying key messages.

* Conceptualizing, executing and developing advertising campaigns against marketing strategies and briefs.

* Proofreading all developed contents and ensuring the content information accuracy. 

* Evaluating content solutions by conducting user testing, interviews, and documenting your findings for use in future development.

* Other assigned duties.

* Brainstorming & consolidating ideas from team members to propose solutions.

* Expanding briefs into complete specifications, turning over every stone, and considering every possibility until no questions remain, technical or otherwise.

* Explaining creative ideas and presenting the concepts with strong communication skills.

* Assisting with business pitches, collaborating with the Art team, (A) Creative Director and cross-discipline teams for prototyping and idea iteration.

* Keeping track of ongoing projects and emerging projects.

* Mentoring the assigned Junior Copywriters to maximize the creativity, innovation in the division.

Qualifications:

* At least 4 years of professional experience working as a Copywriter or equivalent portfolio.

* Good command of English & Vietnamese writing & speaking skills.

* Ability to pitch concepts in a clear, detailed manner through strong written, visual & verbal skills. 

* Good problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, presentation.

* Knowledge of office software such as Powerpoint or Google Slides. 

* Good written and verbal communication in English.

* Working independently as well as in teamwork with partners.

* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and mentorship skills.
