RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build good client rapport
• Understand and carry out the work of Account Executive
• Work and keep in contact with clients at all stages (meet up with client, briefing, proposal, contract, production, campaign management).
• Follow through all required project-related paperwork.
• Predict problems that may arise and prepare solutions
• Assist Executive Producers to solve challenging client requests.
• Responsible for managing big client accounts in parallel smoothly
• Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and meet client expectations
• Collaborate with internal production and marketing teams to ensure projects are executed effectively.
• Choose appropriate 3rd-party according to work requirement and budget and control their work quality, timeline and costs
• Arrange internal and external meetings

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in similar position in advertising/ marketing agency.
• Good communication and have good relationships with other clients
• Good command of English and Vietnamese.
• Good presentation skills and communication.
• Good understanding of advertising creative work, like graphic design, filming and photography production.
• Ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions.
• Great interpersonal skills, an ability to work well with others.
• Efficient time management, personal motivation.
