About the apprenticeship

You will support the post-production and content creation process for campaigns and social content under the guidance of experienced creatives and editors. As an Editor Apprentice, you will work closely with the Creative, Design, and Account teams to turn ideas into engaging video content for digital platforms.

From editing social videos, reels, and campaign assets to learning how advertising production works behind the scenes, this apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working on real projects for exciting brands. You will be surrounded by talented creatives who will help you sharpen your editing skills, storytelling sense, and creative thinking.

Preferably, candidates should have basic editing experience through internships, freelance projects, personal content, or university work. Experience in an advertising agency is a plus.

About you

You are passionate about video content, visual storytelling, and internet culture. You love experimenting with edits, transitions, music, motion, and trends to make content more engaging.

You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn fast in a creative environment. You enjoy collaborating with others and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
• Familiar with social media content formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Basic understanding of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects is a plus
• Good sense of pacing, music, and storytelling
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
