Our dynamic and creative team is looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to plan, manage, and implement IMC campaigns for big brands in Vietnam.
1. Communication Planning - the overall role is to lead a team in communication and content planning, and execution plans to bring brand and creative strategy to life. These include:
- Identify relevant trends in local consumer or business culture
- Conduct research, including selecting the best methodologies, providing oversight to the team, and developing insightful and relevant conclusions.
- Understand branding and marketing communications, with a focus on how target audiences think, behave, build perceptions, and consume information.
- Uncover the needs, concerns, and touch points of the target audience.
- Bringing the big idea to life via relevant communication channels & touch-points with a clear cohesive communication story.
- Communication tactics: Working with specialists (Creative, PR, Social, Media) to propose feasible & detailed ideas for each channel/ touch point and bring the ideas/ plans to life.
- Develop detailed plan and maintain the social content calendar ensuring social media content is regular, relevant, and engaging.
- Media understanding: how it affects communication planning and how to apply media insight into the communication plan.
- Campaign supervision is to work with account management, clients, content writers, and designers to supervise all types of works, ensuring they meet strategic requirements and quality.
- Observing and evaluating what works and doesn’t work.
2. Brand Communication Consulting
Our strength in PURPOSE.ANT is to consult clients on business cases that require navigating business and communication issues, mapping solutions, phrasing plans, developing action plans and KPIs, and guiding both internal and client teams to implement strategies and plans in order of priority to address the defined issues and deliver business results. This requires combined skills of business analysis and communication strategy and plan implementation to deliver results to clients.
A S Planning Manager in communication innovation, you will be involved in relevant consulting projects, particularly when in need of consulting clients on how to drive innovation in communication, go to market, and engage with consumers. In either case, you are encouraged to proactively approach task force team leaders, your line manager, BOD to propose innovative solutions in your sectors to meet criteria:
