KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Development: Design and develop content plans across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, optimizing channel awareness within the Esports community.
• Community Management: Manage the discourse, ensuring entertaining, positive, and civilized interactive environment on multi-platform.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Conceptualize and directly produce or supervise production of visual content, short videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts), and memes specific to the community.
• Monitor and edit video content from tournaments, livestreams, KOLs, or highlights of popular games in Vietnam such as LOL, Arena of Valor, FC Online, PUBG, etc.
• Keeping Up with Trends: Regularly monitor and update tournament news, drama, and new trends among young people.
• Optimized Performance: Monitor engagement metrics (reach, views, etc), and use data to tailor content toward growth goals, enhance engagement, and retain users.
• Team Management: Assign tasks, control content quality, and monitor team members progress and performance (Content Creators, Editors).
• Closely collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve the company's overall goals.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Department Head or line manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• GAME KNOWLEDGE:
• Deep understanding or experience with gameplay, tournaments, and community insight of popular games in VietNam
• Great passion for Esports, regularly following major tournaments (LPL, LCK, AOG, PMPL…) or industry famous streamers.
• SKILLS
• Proficient in one or more basic video editing and design tools (Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop) to create eye-catching content appeals to gamers community.
• Ability to write high-quality, witty content suitable for each social media platform characteristics.
• EXPERIENCES:
• At least 2 years of experience in Social media field, prefer candidates experience in gaming projects, advertising agency or tournaments organizer
• Experienced in managing team of 2-3 members
