Position Objective:

Manage and build the content creation team for the company’s social media system.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing monetizable channels, developing and expanding new channels to ensure revenue approved by Google and Meta.
• Develop strategies for new product content on social media, websites, and networks.
• Build and foster relationships with platform partners to develop effective strategies for Golden's channel system.
• Plan and execute revenue generation/revenue-sharing models from social media channels.
• Guide the content production team.
• Use content management systems to analyze relevant metrics related to posts and user engagement.
• Commit to achieving the KPIs set by the company.
• Train and enhance the skills of the responsible team.

Other Requirements:

• Experience in managing YouTube Channels, Facebook or Tiktok Channels.
• Experience managing channels across multiple platforms with a deep understanding of platform policies.
• Experience working in a Multi-Channel Network (MCN) is an advantage.
• Skills in building and developing relationships with partners.
• Knowledge of revenue generation on social media.
• Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in editing and creating engaging content.
• Ability to adapt and respond to the industry's constant changes with a positive mindset.
• Certifications in Audience Growth and Digital Rights are a plus.
• Understanding of YouTube's operations and mechanics.
