RESPONSIBILITIES:

40% Social paid ads set up & ad optimization

- Set up facebook ads, tiktok ads and other social media ads

- Monitor the campaign performance and optimization to ensure the paid ads meet KPI

- Manage hands-on tasks with accountants and dealing with internal creative team to execute the social paid ads as aligned with clients.

- Report the campaign performance to clients on a weekly basis and end-campaign report.

40% Social KOL, PR & Social seeding booking

- Manage social, PR & Seeding booking with suppliers/vendors

- Plan the social, PR & Seeding post booking to ensure the client’s expectations & KPIs.

- Handle hands-on paperwork to proceed the execution with internal team. 

10% Social Fanpage management & Content scheduling

- Schedule content posts on fanpage

- Answering direct messages and questions, replying to comments

10% Reporting & analytics

- Monitoring how content is performing 

- Compile regular reports and campaign reports on content performance, such as through impressions, reach, engagement and clicks, to provide this valuable insight

QUALIFICATION:   

-          At least 6 months - 1 year of doing the above tasks                                                                         

-          Be a Problem Solver with positive "I CAN DO" attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative "I CAN NOT DO" attitude will not lead us all far.

-          Strong analytical & negotiation skills

-          Proficient in both Vietnamese and English.

-          Marketing experience or digital experience is a plus
