PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE

We are expanding our core team and looking for Senior Planners who are the "architects" of our success. As a Senior Strategic Planner, you will be the driving force behind our projects—from the first spark of an idea to the final winning proposal. We need a master storyteller and strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of a brief, craft compelling event concepts, and command a room during a competitive pitch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deeply analyze client briefs, market trends, and consumer insights to define sharp strategic directions.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and actively contribute "Big Ideas" and Creative Concepts for Event, Engagement Activities, and Customer Journeys.
• Take full ownership of drafting and visualizing high-quality PowerPoint decks with logical flow, aesthetic layouts, and persuasive storytelling.
• Write detailed activity flows, agendas, MC/Video scripts, and catchy headlines/taglines that align with the core concept.
• Direct and collaborate closely with the Design Team to visualize concepts (Moodboards, Key Visuals, 3D Mockups) effectively.
• Act as the key presenter during competitive pitches; confidently present ideas, tell the brand's story, and convince clients (FMCG & Retail).
• Hand over the approved concept clearly to the Account and Operation teams for execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a Planner/Strategic Planner in Marketing Agencies (Strong preference for an Event & Activation background).
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint: Excellent visual thinking and presentation design skills are essential.
• Strong Copywriting & Storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Must be comfortable speaking in front of clients).
• Highly creative but logical; able to connect wild ideas with practical business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure pitching seasons.
• Proficient in English (Communication & Writing) is a strong advantage.
