Roles & Responsibilities:

Our dynamic and creative team is looking for a Senior Strategic Planner to plan, manage and implement IMC campaigns for big brands in Vietnam.

• Understand branding and marketing communications, with a focus on how target audiences think, behave, build perceptions, and consume information.
• Conduct research, including selecting the best methodologies, providing oversight to the team, and developing insightful and useful conclusions.
• Identify relevant trends in local consumer or business culture.
• Develop customer journey maps to identify communication gaps and create optimizations/ recommendations.
• Uncover the needs, concerns, and touchpoints of the target audience.
• Develop creative briefs and strategy plans to solve the key challenges and deliver the objectives.
• Campaign effectiveness: Observing and evaluating what works and doesn’t work.
