Key Responsibility:

1. Propose communication approach to answer the brief based on data, observation and experience

2. Building strategy set-up, campaign framework and deployment set-up

3. Brief and give input for creative work in line with communication approach

4. Set up influencer selection and relation strategy for campaign harmonizing with the umbrella strategy

5. Adjust plan and framework along the way responding to change

6. Collect data from all sources and deliver recommendation report for business

Key Deliverables:

1. Wining proposals, ratio 50% for new pitch and 3 rounds of revision for retainer

2. Deliver a make-sense communication approach and framework for the campaign

3. Build a good creative brief which create space for creative to take off and land on

4. Give clear role and way of approach for influencers in the campaign

5. Set up campaign KPI and follow up the KPI

6. Deliver campaign report with helpful insights and recommendation

Qualification/ Requirement:

1. At least 4 years working experience as a same position in advertising agency. Experience of digital

planning is a plus.

2. Marketing-minded with strong senses of Innovation & Originality

3. Ease to deal with both data and idea.

4. Pro-active, Insightful, Decisive & Passionate for winning

5. Excellence in writing and presenting proposal

6. Excellence in English and Vietnamese communication.
