Job description & requirements

Position Overview:


As a Senior Social Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our social media outreach efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives and KPIs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns and the achievement of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Proposal Preparation for Social Outreach Campaign:

  • Collaborate with the creative, planning, media and account teams to develop comprehensive social media strategies and proposals.
  • Lead the pitching process for new clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and objectives.

Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Be responsible for the execution of social media outreach campaigns (in collaboration with Influencer, Community, Neutralization supplier), ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) for clients, optimizing content and strategies to drive engagement and achieve KPIs.
  • Plan, create, and produce social content for KOLs, Pages, and Groups
  • Propose and execute social commerce campaigns to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Handle paperwork and contracts with influencers and communities efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and deliver daily, monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork related to client campaigns and activities.

Third-Party Management:

  • Collaborate effectively with Influencer/Neutralization agencies to propose media lists, manage booking and bidding processes, and ensure the quality control of all agency outputs.

Community Management and Crisis Response:

  • Manage user responses and community conversations across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo), ensuring timely and appropriate engagement.
  • Handle crisis situations effectively, implementing strategies to mitigate negative impacts on client reputations.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to 3-4 executive members, inspiring them to perform at their best.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3-4 years) in social media management, Influencer & Community Partnership, preferably within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with expertise in Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
  • Solid grasp of nature of influencers and other social outreach channels, including celeb, mega to nano influencers, hot communities, and fan pages
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media management tools.
