About the Role
We are looking for a strategically-minded Senior Creative who can transform business challenges and ambiguous briefs into impactful ideas and integrated campaigns across digital, social, and branding platforms.
You will work closely with Account, Strategy, Design, and Production teams to deliver creative solutions that drive both audience engagement and business results.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, confidently presents ideas to clients, and can lead creative direction from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development
• Develop creative concepts, Big Ideas, and integrated campaign directions based on client briefs, business objectives, and consumer insights.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and transform insights into impactful communication solutions across digital and social platforms.
• Translate unclear or complex client requests into clear creative direction and actionable business solutions.
Creative Execution
• Oversee the development and production of Key Visuals, copywriting, video scripts, campaign assets, and other creative deliverables.
• Ensure all creative outputs maintain a high level of quality and align with brand objectives.
• Guide execution across multiple platforms while maintaining consistency and creative excellence.
Client Presentation & Collaboration
• Work closely with Account and Strategy teams on proposals, pitches, and campaign development.
• Present and articulate creative ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in key presentations and contribute to winning new business opportunities.
Team & Culture
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative creative environment.
• Inspire teams through leadership, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
• Stay updated on trends in advertising, digital culture, social media, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Creative, Digital, Social, or IMC Agency environment.
• Strong experience in FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail, or consumer-focused brands is highly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns and creative thinking across multiple platforms.
Preferred portfolio examples:
– Pitch-winning campaigns
– Integrated digital/social campaigns
– Key Visual and video-driven campaign experience
– Commercially executed projects with measurable impact
• Proven experience leading creative development for pitches and large-scale campaigns.
• Solid understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and consumer insights.
• Excellent storytelling, conceptual thinking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members is preferred.
• Experience with AI tools, presentation development, and modern creative workflows is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or related creative tools is an advantage.
