1. Role Overview
The Senior Account Executive – Social & Digital is a hands-on account role responsible for managing client work and directly executing social media and digital campaign tasks from brief to delivery. This role works across brief clarification, campaign direction, proposal development, social/content planning, digital ads logic, booking/KOL activities, campaign execution, reporting, and client communication.
This is not a coordination-only position. The role requires someone who can actively own the professional substance of the account: reading briefs, developing workable plans, preparing proposals and costings, controlling execution quality, reviewing outputs, solving delivery issues, and advising clients with clear judgment and accountability.
2. Key Responsibilities
Brief Handling & Campaign Direction
Receive and analyze client briefs, clarify business and communication objectives, and translate them into clear social and digital campaign directions. Propose practical solutions based on audience, platform, budget, timeline, and execution feasibility.
Social, Digital & Content Planning
Directly develop social and digital plans, content pillars, platform roles, content calendars, campaign mechanics, timelines, scopes of work, and implementation plans. Ensure all planning outputs are logical, actionable, and aligned with the approved strategy.
Proposal, Costing & Client Materials
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, timelines, credentials, status updates, meeting notes, reports, and campaign recaps. Own the thinking, structure, writing, and logic of client-facing materials instead of only collecting inputs from other teams.
Execution Ownership & Quality Control
Own campaign execution across social content, digital assets, booking/KOL activities, production, digital ads requirements, and event-related deliverables when included in scope. Review content, creative assets, KOL outputs, and campaign materials to ensure quality, consistency, timeline, budget, and brief alignment.
Performance Review & Account Advisory
Monitor campaign progress, content effectiveness, ads performance, booking/KOL outputs, timeline, budget, and delivery quality. Identify risks or gaps early, propose solutions, and prepare clear reports, learnings, and next-step recommendations for clients.
3. Professional Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in an agency, social media, digital marketing, IMC, communications, or client-side marketing role.
• Experience in client servicing, campaign execution, social/content planning, proposal development, timeline management, reporting, and budget follow-up.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, digital campaign flow, booking/KOL coordination, digital ads logic, and production-related workflow.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
