Job Description 

· Primary day-to-day contact with clients;

· Manage the internal teams & suppliers to ensure the output quality & timelines;

· Draft client/ creative brief, quotes and proposals;

· Present strategic plan, creative ideas, costs, schedules… to clients;

· Provide ongoing reports to clients;

· Assist Finance Department with client and vendor invoicing;

· Search for opportunities to grow and renew existing business.

Job Requirement

· Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or related field;

· At least 2-3 years of account management in an advertising/event/activation agency is required;

· Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese;

· Must be able to work on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines;

· Applicants should have strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast paced environment;

· Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
