SCOPE OF WORK:

• Serve as the Client Lead for the assigned clients, and manage accounts/projects to run such accounts and projects in both account service and account operations.
• Provide the best planning works under the Account Manager and assist the business development team to win businesses from clients
• Be responsible for the performance, the deliverables of such client accounts, and report
• Deliver or exceed your client’s business target whilst delivering or exceeding your income target.
• Coordinate for production solution, timeline, and cost
• Work under supervision with clients to receive clients’ requests and offer recommendation
• Work under supervision with the creative team to produce creative works that fit timeline, budget & creative standard requirements
• Directly report to the Account Manager

• Manage customer satisfaction evaluation process and achieve satisfaction rating.
• Overall delivery of client briefs through active team management and distribution of workload.
• Manage all day-to-day activities relating to client accounts.
• Ensure a clear understanding of the client’s business requirements and translate this into clear deliverables for your team.
• Seek opportunities to develop more business with your client accounts, selling additional services whenever possible
• Routinely review clients with the management team to access the business potentiality and profitability of each account.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Account Executive Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
• Good at project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives 
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management
• Good communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
