Job description & requirements
  • Working Office: Hai Ba Trung, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
  • Working Time: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM | Monday - Friday


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Act as a project lead and client liaison – manage small to medium-scale projects independently, serving as the reliable bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Build a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, brands, and target consumers to ensure strategic alignment in all campaign activities.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction and trust.
  • Oversee project quality, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring internal team alignment and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement 360° integrated communication plans.
  • Handle paperwork, manage vendors, and monitor project expenses within approved budgets.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance and business results, providing insights and recommendations to drive success.



Candidate Profile:


We would like to hear from those who have solid account management skills and experience working with clients across diverse industries. You should be a self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude; be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.


  • Minimal 3+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling IMC & Social campaigns.
  • A good account management skill that is built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines of Advertising, PR, Events, and Digital. Advertising/TVC/Social/Production experiences are preferred.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Appreciation for detail and follow-through, great multi-tasker and problem-solver.
  • Great with people, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
  • Embrace changes and challenges, able to handle pressure well.
  • Professionalism, integrity & transparency.
