JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, understand and act on Client requests and needs.
• Liaise between Clients and all third parties involved; maintain good partner agency relationships;
• Handle project timeline and management, quality check and ensure work to run smoothly; 
• Coordinate with Planning team to deep dive in strategy;
• Have good sense of content and visual: including working with Creative team for idea/concept and supporting with content plans & directions;
• Campaign reporting to ensure the deliverable, performance and KPI’s achievement;
• Paperwork: cost estimates, quotations, contract, liquidation,... 
• Keep the Team updated with Competitors' activities or Industry trend;
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 YOE in marketing/communications field; experienced in IMC agencies is a plus
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills;
• Good understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements;
• Strong at problem-solving, negotiation & coordination;
• Organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint & Excel 
• Be proactive, highly motivated and result-oriented;
• Demonstrate the ability and desire to work independently and be a team player.
