RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build good client rapport. 
• Be initiative in account management tasks: meet with clients, take briefs, brainstorm, research brand/consumer insights, etc…
• Coordinate with Creative team for always-on content delivery and the Social team for KPIs/Platform Management. 
• Be responsible for organizing and managing the internal team's work, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
• Making reports to reflect project progress, including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Account Manager/Account Director.
• Support the follow-up and follow-through of all project-related paperwork.
• Manage project's timelines and deliverables & control third-party costs within budget.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in a digital agency, Influencer Affiliate Marketing or Influencer Marketing.
• Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
• Fluent in English. 
• Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skills, result-oriented. 
• Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Working well under pressure and being a proactive problem solver.
• Effective multi-tasking, time management, presentation skills, and innovative thinking.
