MAC MEDIA, a leading provider of Essential Digital Solutions, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. With over 9 years of experience in the industry, we excel at driving effective strategies across multiple platforms. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in advertising, digital marketing, and client service. Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
Experience requirement: 2 years in advertising/digital/client service.
Job Description
1. Market Analysis and Client Engagement:
- Identify market needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop insightful questions to understand clients' concerns and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to study their insights, needs, and market practices.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and objections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
2. Project Cost Management:
- Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to develop quotations and project estimates.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Negotiate with clients to ensure profitability while meeting their expectations.
- Support the Finance team in contract liquidation and debt management for optimal cash flow.
- Stay updated on market costs to provide competitive proposals to clients.
3. Project Execution:
- Develop project plans in collaboration with internal teams, specify action timelines, checklists, and allocate resources.
- Manage project progress, quality, and solve problems on a daily basis.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and meet clients' expectations.
Job Requirements
1. Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or client service.
- Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
2. Communication and Marketing Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and practices.
- General awareness of digital trends, consumer behavior, and cultural insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Project Management and Customer Service Mindset:
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Plan-Do-Check-Act.
- Ability to involve team members in decision-making and actions.
4. Key Competencies:
- Active listening skills to understand client needs.
- Persuasive communication to influence clients effectively.
