Responsibilities:

• Receive requests to build solutions & products from Product Manager
• Collect necessary data to support product orientation with Customers (User opinion survey, Statistics from market reports, Competitor analysis)
• Building User Flow, Sitemap for products
• Write product description documents, feature descriptions
• Participate in testing, solve bugs & feedback from Customers
• Suggest solutions to make the product better.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Related Studies,
• Have been involved in building a digital product. No need to know the whole process
• Love using digital products, want to learn about UX/UI, product development
• Good at English (both writing and speaking)
