What You Will Do

• Work directly with Finance Senior Manager to optimize the company’s profit concerning outsourcing and expenses
• Liaise with vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure Business Units’ needs are met on time, quality, and cost basis
• Ensuring the accuracy of procurement contracts according to Company policy
• Ensuring the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to departments’ requirements
• Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
• Cooperate with the Finance department for effective payment progress
• Other tasks as directed by the Finance Senior Manager

Who You Are 

• Holder of Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in a Manager position
• Experience in the Digital Marketing industry, preferably in Advertising Agencies
• Experience in handling the Influencer Marketing industry is a plus
• A quick learner with good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication skill 
• Good command of English
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
• A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
