Job Description

• Lead strategic planning for PR campaigns in Vietnam based on clients’ objectives
• Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding PR, influencer and social media opportunities.
• Able to act as first point of contact for the internal team and related third parties
• Participate in new business pitches and establish EloQ as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services to clients
• Able to use both English and Vietnamese languages in a professional level in daily communication activities with clients and related parties
• Mentor, manage and supervise members of the PR & Communications team
• Plan for team development and training
• Lead and coordinate with team to proceed the projects and ensure high performance
• Measure and report performance of campaigns to partners of the company

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position; strong preference given to a candidate with agency experience
• Above-average English fluency (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent)
• Ability to lead a team of PR professionals
• A journalism, communications or marketing related university degree
• Understanding of client business issues and requirements
• Highly developed presentation skills
• Understanding of market research and analysis
• Ability to delegate effectively
• Calmness under pressure and ability to achieve tight deadlines
