Our dynamic team is looking for a Partnerships Manager with the responsibilities as following: 

PLANNING & NAVIGATION

• Map out a network of KOL/ Influencer/ Expert/ Advocaters… who meet criteria uniquely designed by us and strategize and execute engagement plans (with support from Might MIX platform)
• Identify new fresh faces always
• Be responsible for social insight mining including partnership, collaboration trends, content trends, and social trends insights via using social data, content analysis, and trend analysis.
• Partner with Content Lab and Account team to deliver content that meets both brand and Outreach channel’s personalities
• Be responsible for the creation of a community to drive user advocacy or business KPI.

PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Be responsible for the overall network management and satisfaction
• Identify, establish, and develop strong and close relationships with KOLs in different categories (e.g. fashion & beauty, travel, finance, marriage & relationship, health, parenting, etc.)
• Communicate with influencers, publishers, Multi-Channel Networks, and other influential business partners.
• Ensure the contract terms and conditions are related and handle contract terms, payment terms…

SUCCESS MEASUREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in influencer management and social media.
• Experienced in approaching and managing KOLs/public figures from end-to-end (selection, contacting, building relationships, etc.)
• Being a strategic thinker. Be able to work with both data and creativity.
• Preferably be strong in analytics and problem-solving. 
• Having good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Being savvy with current trends. Comprehensive understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and entertainment industry.
• Having an existing network with KOLs, and having KOLs within the direct circle of friends is advantageous.
• Operating with discipline ensuring timely deliverables.
• Having discipline and resolutions to meet project KPI.
• Having high attention to detail, careful, hard-working.
• Having effectiveness in team collaboration.
