JOB SUMMARY

  • Working Time: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday
  • Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam

 

OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a Performance/Optimization Executive to join our team, who will be providing planning, daily digital campaign execution and analysis to improve our client’s marketing performance. You will also be part of a growing multifaceted digital optimization team that develops advanced analytic solutions for top companies across the industries.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Media Planning: (20%)

  • Plan the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
  • Develop the quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation
  • Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver with acceptable result/ outcome.

Digital Campaign Execution: (70%)

  • Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Report & Analytics: (10%)

  • Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification

Must have:

  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
  • Fast-self-learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
  • Have the ability to work under pressure (big big pressure)
  • Analytical skills & problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.

Good to have:

  • 1 year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
  • 1 year experience in Google Adword and Facebook Ads.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
